I am Eniko Balogh, a Sales Associate with
Better Homes and Gardens Coccia Realty in Lyndhurst serving Northern New
Jersey.

Helping a family to find a home is a powerful
thing, because that is the place, the family’s home base, its center of the
universe where children are raised, and where all the memories are made.

I always feel genuinely honored in being able
to guide my clients through this complex, yet exciting journey. I provide my
clients personal guidance and advice to local resources, i.e. to mortgage
professionals and loan officers, appraisers, insurance brokers and title
companies, inspectors, contractors, if needed lead and mold remediation
specialists, home stagers and designers. 
I also have access to building biologists that can advise my clients.

I am by nature a warm and caring person,
therefore my clients can expect a working relationship that is easy going,
respectful and based both on loyalty and integrity.

My enthusiasm towards real estate is based on a
strong belief that people’s health and well being originates in their home
environment, therefore no wishes and requests will be overlooked regardless of
how

seemingly eccentric they might be.

I am a native of Hungary, but lived years in
both Austria and Switzerland, before moving to the United States.

I call Lyndhurst my home since 1994.

When I am not advising clients in the office, I
am busy designing  interiors and creating
home decorations. I am also active with local cat rescue groups when I am not
with my own furry babies.
